Delivery
Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.50 for orders under £30, and £5.50 for orders between £30 and £110. Delivery is free to mainland addresses for orders over £110 (excludes Scottish highlands and specific heavier items).

If delivery is to the Scottish Highlands or to a non-mainland UK address and your order is over £30, please contact us for a quote.

We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will give you an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

Delivery outside the EU
If delivery is to a non-mainland postal address (including the Isle of Wight) please contact us for a quotation.

We are happy to fulfil orders from overseas; however, we do not accept any currency other than pounds sterling. The UK’s standard current rate of VAT (20%.) will be deducted from the bill, but bear in mind you may be requested to pay duty in your own country. Please contact us for a quotation.

Payment
Credit/Debit cards: We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Solo and Electron.

Cheque: Please make cheques payable to WhippetGrey Ltd and write your guarantee card number, expiry date and address on the reverse.

Returns
We check everything before we send it to you and do our very best to ensure that all our products are made by artisans, designers and craftsmen who take pride in their work, but if you are dissatisfied in any way we will exchange, refund or give you a credit note.

Please return the item in perfect condition within 21 days to: WhippetGrey, 37 High Street, Old Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP7 0DP, United Kingdom.

We would suggest you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the post office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit

Postage costs will be refunded if goods are faulty. Should you receive damaged goods, then please notify us within 24 hours of receipt (your statutory rights will not be affected).
